Payment Options

We accept online payments through Paypal. You do not need to have a Paypal account in order to use this service as all major credit cards are accepted.

All prices are in Canadian dollars. For wholesale prices and shipping rates please contact us at info@designsbyval.com and we will be happy to assist you.

Shipping and Returns

We send our shipments via Canada Post. If you would like to return an item you can do so up to 7 days after the date received. Items must be in their original condition. In order to expedite this process, please notify us of the return first by sending an email to hello@daniellepond.com. Please include the order number and name of the item(s) you would like to return.

Upon receipt of the returned goods, we will refund you the original purchase price. You must pay for any return shipping charges and the original shipping costs will not be refunded, unless the return is the result of our error.
